These two appeals involve the same parties, and will be disposed of in one opinion. The first is an appeal from a judgment of the McCreary circuit court rendered December 20, 1940, affirming an award of the Workmen’s Compensation Board made May 21, 1940. A certified copy of the judgment was filed in this court and an appeal granted December 31, 1941. The second is an appeal from a judgment of the McCreary circuit court rendered October 23, 1941, enforcing the award of the board of May 21, 1940.
