Shiva Management, LLC (“Shiva”), and the estate of its sole member and owner, William Gottlieb (collectively “Shiva/Gottlieb”), appeal a grant of summary judgment in favor of Joe Walker and Linda Jackson (collectively “Walker/Jackson”) on their claim against them for slander of title.
