Appellant Charlotte Coble sustained extensive injuries after she was involved in an automobile accident on July 11, 1994. At the time she was employed by appellee Modern Business Systems, and she later filed for workers’ compensation benefits, contending that the accident was work-related. The administrative law judge denied benefits, finding that Ms. Coble failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that she suffered a compensable injury while employed by the appellee.
