Petitioner appeals from the trial court’s order dismissing his petition for a restraining order under the Family Abuse Prevention Act (FAPA), ORS 107.700 to 107.735. He argues that the trial court erred in concluding that he was not in “fear of imminent bodily injury” and that FAPA does not provide relief for his and respondent’s son. On de novo review, Rosiles-Flores v.
