Plaintiff Greenwich Insurance Company (“Greenwich”) brings indemnification, breach of contract and fraud claims against Defendants ICE Contractors, Inc., ICE Consultants, Inc., ICE Equipment, Ltd., DNDKNC, Ltd., David Cross Management, LLC, (“Entity Defendants”) Diana I. Cross, and David A. Cross (“Individual Defendants”)(collectively, “defendants”).
