I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the court on the defendant’s motion to dismiss the plaintiffs fraudulent misrepresentation claim for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The defendant asserts that the plaintiff cannot recover sufficient damages to satisfy the amount-in-controversy requirement to maintain this diversity action.
