Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Harris, J.), rendered September 11, 1987, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree.
In the course of the investigation of a robbery committed at about 7:10 a.m. on November 25, 1986 in the City of Albany, Officer Kenneth Dittmer of the Albany Police Department was advised of the presence of a white Cadillac at the scene at the time of the reported crime.
