Poma Glass & Specialty Windows, Inc., is trying to collect on a civil judgment obtained in 1991 against Wade. The statute of limitations for an action upon a judgment or decree of a court is fifteen years, “to be computed from the date of the last execution thereon.”1 The question raised in this case is how to define execution for purposes of this fifteen-year statute of limitations.
