This case is before this Court on a grant of discretionary review to determine whether KRS 427.170, which incorporates by reference the federal bankruptcy exemptions of 11 U.S.C. § 522(d), applies only to debtors in bankruptey proceedings, or whether it renders those exemptions available to all individual debtors in Kentucky, including those who are not involved in bankruptey proceedings.
