Plaintiff appeals the district court’s ap-' proval of an arbitration panel’s finding for defendants on plaintiffs state claims. Plaintiff asserts that the district court erred in holding that these claims are covered by an arbitration agreement between the parties. Plaintiff further'asserts that, even if the agreement does cover the claims, the district court erred in applying the principles of the Federal Arbitration Act to the ease.
