Reversing.

For a number of years prior to the summer of 1923 the appellees were engaged in the business of handling and selling building materials at Burgin, Ky. During this time they handled the cement of several cement companies, among whom were the Universal Portland Cement Company, J. B. Speed & Co., and later the appellant, the Louisville Cement Company, which, as this record shows, in 1919 took over the business of selling the cement of J. B.. Speed & Co.
