NICOL, P. J., pro tem.

This is an action brought by plaintiff for an accounting and thereby a determination of the amount to which the parties to this action are respectively entitled by reason of a certain agreement of co-partnership entered into by and between the plaintiff and defendants on June 1, 1909.

The said agreement was to run from the said first day of June, 1909, to the thirtieth day of September, 1913, and provided for operating and farming on joint account the premises -known as the “Shasta View Ranch,” situate in Siskiyou County, and containing about 2,600 acres of land.
