Plaintiff Roberto Rivera (“Rivera”), proceeding pro se, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“ § 1983”) claiming violations of his constitutional rights under the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. Rivera is seeking punitive damages, as well as injunctive and declaratory relief.
