The plaintiffs in four wrongful death and survivosrhip lawsuits, Esther Knoepke, Allan Samson and Judith Mikkelson, Thomas and June Brady, and Frank and Marion Dusek, appeal from the judgment of the Tenth Judicial District Court, Judith Basin County. On December 28, 1979, the Hon. W. W. Lessley directed the entry of final judgment of an order entered June 7, 1977, in which the Hon. LeRoy McKinnon dismissed all the nonresident defendants from the plaintiffs’ lawsuits.
