Dean and Kathryn Robinson, husband and wife, and Webster Hardware, Inc., a Missouri Corporation (collectively referred to as appellants), appeal from a final order entered in the United States District Court1 for the Eastern District of Missouri dismissing their complaint as preempted under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461.
