The dispositive issue in this certified appeal is whether the Appellate Court properly affirmed the judgment of the trial court based upon the Appellate Court’s determination that the record was inadequate for review. The defendant, George J. Zahringer, appeals from the judgment of the Appellate Court affirming the trial court’s judgment modifying an unallocated alimony and support order in favor of the plaintiff, Celia Zahringer.
