¶ 1 Appellant, American International Insurance Company, appeals from the order entered in the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas granting a motion for judgment on the pleadings in favor of Ap-pellees, Thomas J. and Lorraine J. Vax-monsky. 1 The question before the Court is whether Appellant’s removal of the word “all” from the phrase “all losses and damages” in an Underinsured Motorist Protection rejection form (UIM form) affects the validity of the rejection despite the insured’s signature.
