This suit was instituted by the trustees in bankruptcy of the Tex-LaHoma Oil Corporation, and later prosecuted by one of them, the remaining two having been relieved from duty, to recover of E. R. Bernstein and E. M. Brown, Jr., large sums of money. The suit is based upon allegations showing that the defendants, Bernstein and Brown, entered into a conspiracy with John O.. Mitchell, G. G. Gillette, William Hargiss Walker, and others, pursuant to which the Tex-La-Homa Oil Corporation was formed under the laws of Delaware, with an authorized capital stock of $10,000,000, divided, into 100,000…
