Plaintiffs appeal from judgments dismissing the above entitled actions pursuant to the provisions of section 583 of the Code of Civil Procedure, upon the ground that the same had not been brought to trial within a period of five years after the commencement thereof.

Because, except for a chronological statement of the pertinent proceedings, the facts in all three cases are in substantial respects identical, and involve the same legal questions, a stipulation has been filed in this court that all three cases are to be heard and determined upon the one set of briefs filed by appellants Daphne B.…
