This appeal was brought from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas denying a motion by the plaintiff, appellant herein, that her former husband be cited for contempt for his alleged failure to comply with the terms of a separation agreement incorporated into and made a part of a decree of that court divorcing these two parties. Her former husband, appellee herein, answered by asserting, inter alia, that the terms of the separation agree ment claimed to have not been complied' with are in the form of a property settlement.
