Appellants Larkin Thedford and Mary Nowlin, as independent executor of the estate of C.B. Nowlin (“appellants”), brought suit against Missouri Pacific Railroad Company and its former employee Grace Randolph (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Appellees”) for damages incurred as a result of the railroad company’s alleged negligence, deceptive trade practices, and statutory violations.
