This case came before the Supreme Court on April 13, 2005, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided. The defendants, M. Priscilla Doris (Mrs. Doris) and John F. Doris, Jr. (collectively Dorises or defendants), appeal from a Superior Court judgment granting specific performance of a purchase and sales agreement to the plaintiff, Terence M.
