In this appeal the defendant, Louis A. Gencarelli, Sr. (defendant), the former leader of now bankrupt breakfast fixture, Bess Eaton Donuts & Flour Co. Inc. (Bess Eaton), laments a judgment of the Superi- or Court in favor of the plaintiffs — 1800 Smith Street Associates, LP (SSA), 1500 Mineral Spring Associates, LP (MSA), and Jason’s Realty Corp!
