This is a suit upon a contract entered into between the Ritchie Motor Company, plaintiff’s assignor, and C. W. Hall, who appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff.

For the purposes of this opinion, both the pleadings and the evidence are sufficiently reflected by the findings of fact made by the court, before whom the case was tried without a jury.
