This was an action brought by Arthur H. Jones, defendant in error, as plaintiff, against the Loyal Mystic Legion to recover for the use of a wall under a party Avail agreement. In 1887 Charles L. Jones and I-Ienry Shedd Avere the OAAmers of lots 7, 8 and 9 in a certain block in Hastings, and A. S. Raymond Avas the OAvner of lot 10 .in the same block.
