Defendant pled guilty to breaking and entering an unoccupied building with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. His guilty plea was conditioned upon being allowed to raise on appeal issues related to the trial court’s denial of certain pretrial motions to *612suppress evidence. Defendant was sentenced to serve 2V¿ to 10 years in prison. He appeals as of right.
