KANTOR, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial, military judge alone. Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, entered in accordance with a pretrial agreement, he was convicted of the following offenses: one specification of willfully disobeying his superior commissioned officer, in violation of Article 90, UCMJ (Charge I); one specification of failing to obey a lawful order, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ (Charge II); and one specification of committing an indecent act with a child, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ (Charge IV), 10 U.S.C. §§ 890, 892, 934.1 The military judge…
