This case reaches us by certificate of The Judge Advocate General of the Navy and only the facts and circumstances necessary to a disposition of the questions certified by him will be related. A special court-martial inter alia found the accused guilty of willfully disobeying a-lawful command of his superior officer, in violation of Article 90, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 890.
