This action involves consolidated lawsuits against the City and County of San Francisco, the San Francisco Police Department, Police Chief Fred Lau, Lieutenant Joseph Dutto, Sergeant William Griffin, and Officers David Parry, Sean McEllistrim, Keita Moriwaki, Robert Deleon, Robert Cañedo and Matthew Cole (“defendants”).
