I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs bring this putative class action on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated against Barclays PLC and Barclays Capital Inc. (collectively,-“Barclays”), and Robert Diamond, Antony Jenkins, Christopher Lucas, Tushar Mor-zaria, and William White (the “Individual Defendants” and, together with Barclays, “defendants”).
