Plaintiffs Robert Bolanowski and Frank Paul, doing business as Back Trax (plaintiffs), filed suit against Robert and Gladys McKinney, individually and doing business as Sunset Lounge (defendants), for property damage and related lost wages allegedly caused by a fire at defendants’ place of business.
