Murphy v. Urso

These consolidated cases arose from the same incident — a traffic accident in which Joyce Murphy was injured when the van in which she was riding and which was traveling at excessive speed struck several parked cars. In cause No. 53547, Murphy sued the driver, James Clancey, and the van’s alleged owners, Marilyn Urso, operator of the Edgewater Pre-school, and Edgewater Primary School, Inc.
