The matter before the court arises from an objection filed by David L. Salisbury and Helen F. Gach, allegedly solvent debtors in consolidated chapter 13 cases, to a secured claim of FinanceAmerica Mortgage Service, Inc. (FinanceAmerica). When the objection came on for hearing on April 30, 1985, the parties introduced no evidence and agreed to present the issues to the court by way of briefs.
