This is an appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158 from the ruling of the United States Bankruptcy Court of this district. The parties have extensively briefed the issues and the background of the appeal. However, despite the impressive size of the file in this case, the issues presented to this Court are relatively straightforward.
