This matter is before the Court on the debtors’ objection to the Third Amended Proof of Claim of Vinco, Inc. (“Vinco”) for attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred both pre- and post-petition. Vinco holds an interest-bearing note for $459,-000.00 executed by the debtors on May 23, 1979.
