MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Presently before the Court is the plaintiff’s motion to set aside the verdict and judgment and to enter judgment against the defendant Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company (Hartford). Also, before the Court are the motions of the defendants Universal Insurance Service, Inc. (Universal), North Jersey Insurance Agency,- Inc. (North Jersey) and Vincent Citarelli for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.
