In this case certiorari was granted, 281 U. S. 711, to resolve a conflict of decision'between circuit courts of appeals with respect to the validity of Claim 25 of Patent No. 1,128,145, granted February 9, 1915, application filed October 27,1904, to Inwood and Lavenberg, for a machine for making box blanks.
