CALABRIA, Judge.
The North Carolina School of the Arts (“the N.C.S.A.”) and Dale Pollock (“Dean Pollock”) (collectively known as “defendants”) appeal the denial of their motion to dismiss Charles McClennahan’s (“plaintiff’) complaint pursuant to N.C. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1), (b)(2), and (b)(6). We dismiss as interlocutory.
Plaintiff taught at the N.C.S.A from 1996-2001. The N.C.S.A is a constituent state university of the University of North Carolina school system. Dean Pollock, the current Dean of the N.C.S.A., also served as Dean when plaintiff taught school from 1996-2001. On 8 November 2004,…
