OPINION
KELLEHER, Justice.
The plaintiff, UXB Sand & Gravel, Inc. (UXB), filed a complaint in the Providence County Superior Court naming as defendants Rosenfeld Concrete Corporation (Ro-senfeld), Judith P. and D. Barry Parker (the Parkers), and Myrtle Elizabeth Price (trustee). This controversy arises as a result of the sale of real estate located in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. UXB seeks damages for breach of contract, fraud, and tortious interference with a contract.
