In this case, a jury found that Appellants, Corim, Inc. a real estate investment firm, and its President, Ben H. Willingham, Jr., 1 breached a fiduciary duty and committed fraudulent misrepresentation during the course of a real estate transaction between Appellants and Appellees, Klaus and Gerda Tschira, 2 citizens and residents of Germany.
