Gray v. Krieger

This is an action to foreclose a real estate mortgage executed by Friedrich Krieger and Ottilge Krieger, covering the E-jr of the SE¿ of section 24, township 146, range 94, Dunn county, North Dakota and other lands, running to the Manager of the Bank of North Dakota who assigned the mortgage to the plaintiff. The mortgage is dated January 12, 1927 and was recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Dunn county, on January 22, 1927.
