The plaintiff brought this action to enjoin the defendants from trespassing upon the East half of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township 157, Bange 65, in Towner County, North Dakota, and to restrain them from moving or tearing down the barn located on said land. The plaintiff is the fee owner of the said described premises, and for brevity and convenience the said premises will be hereinafter referred to as the east eighty. *'
