Persistence is not the key to procuring this Court’s consideration of a case. However, the volume and content of the pleadings submitted in this case by numerous and successive counsel over the years disclose many fundamental misconceptions; misconceptions of the facts upon which the conviction rests, of the proceedings had from the trial through completion of the appellate review, and of the jurisdiction of this Court itself.
