The petition is for the annulment of a marriage. The defendant suffered a nervous breakdown in 1906 and was confined to an insane asylum for seven months. She married in June of 1925. Six months later she was threatened with another breakdown and while under treatment in a sanitarium the petitioner learned of her earlier experience, abandoned her and brought this suit.
