Blangiardo, J.), rendered on April 13, 1988, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 220.09 [1]), and sentencing him as a predicate felony offender to a term of imprisonment of from four to eight years, is affirmed.
