Barbara Bogard was charged with first-degree forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia in Faulkner County Circuit Court. Pursuant to Ark. R. Crim. P. 24.3, appellant entered a guilty plea conditioned on the outcome of her appeal of the trial court’s denial of her motion to suppress.
