Appellant John T. .Scott was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), attempt to manufacture a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Mr. Scott contended below that the search of his home was unlawful and that evidence seized as a result of the search should be suppressed.
