This pro se action attacks the legitimacy of the federal tax withholding system. Plaintiffs Theodore J. Betlyon, Robert S. Lech and Steven Markoya, three employees of the General Foods Manufacturing Corporation (“General Foods”), seek damages against defendants for their complicity in the alleged illegal withholding of taxes from plaintiffs’ paychecks.
