The Board petitions for enforcement of its order issued against respondents on October 29, 1958, based on findings (1) that respondents have restrained and coerced their employees in the exercise of their right to engage in union activity in violation of Section 8(a) (1) of the Act; (2) have discharged certain employees or refused to reinstate them because of their union activity, in violation of Sections 8(a) (3) and (1); and (3) have refused to bargain collectively in good faith with the union, in violation of Sections 8(a) (5) and (1) of the Act. 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a)…
