WISDOM, Circuit Judge.
This case is before the Court on petition of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order against the respondent, the Birmingham Publishing Company. 1 The Board found that: (1) the respondent violated Section 8(a)(1) of the Labor-Management Relations Act by promoting a movement to decertify the Birmingham local union of the International Printing Pressmen and Assistants’ Union of North America, AFL-CIO as the bargaining representative of the Company’s pressroom employees; (2) the respondent violated Section 8(a)(3) and (1) by discharging employee…
